How to make students ask "right" questions?
Teachers like students to ask questions in the classroom so that there can be interactive learning and atmosphere is lively.
However, teachers don't like students asking "wrong" questions because of the fear that it would
distract the flow and slow it down.
Is it a good idea to categorize questions as "right" and "wrong" How would children know whether their questions are acceptable to the teacher?
I do think that every teacher would have a different criteria for deciding which questions are
acceptable. It also may depend on the subject.
I request you to give your ideas on this question.
So, what is your criteria?
Keep it brief and put them in points if possible.
Thanks
